All facials are performed in a private, unhurried setting along the Burgwal canal, and last 60 minutes from beginning to end.

Yes. The Pacific Calm Facial is specifically designed for sensitive and reactive skin, using clean, fragrance-conscious emerginC formulas to calm inflammation and strengthen the moisture barrier. The Gua Sha Lymphatic Facial is also very well tolerated by sensitive skin types. The Orchid Stem Cell Renewal includes gentle enzyme resurfacing, if your skin is particularly reactive, please let us know when booking so we can adjust accordingly.

Absolutely and we encourage it. The Pacific Flow Ritual (€230, 120 minutes) combines lymphatic body brushing, a therapeutic massage, and a facial in one continuous experience. Alternatively, any facial can be booked alongside a massage or sauna session as separate appointments on the same day. Beginning with the sauna relaxes the skin and opens the pores, enhancing the facial's results. It is a wonderful way to give yourself a full day of restoration.
